    Go West Missing Rewards on Achievement Portion.


    Hello, I have completed the Go West actions. The part with the achievements is not registering. I purchased a game from the list ( Call of Juarez). I understand that the site takes up to 96 hrs to update. It has been well over 96 hrs, do the xbx360 games
    contained within this portion apply to the achievement portion of this?

    Hi,

    I have recently bought Tropico 5 - Complete for the Go West for Reward but till date I have yet seen the Xbox Rewards indicating that the particular portion of the mission was being completed.

    Please advise.

    Thank you for the detailed report. We apologize for the inconvenience. There was an issue with achievements that was recently resolved. We see that the Credits for that part of the offer are now pending in your account. You should see the bonus completion
    Credits shortly, after our system has time to process the completion of this achievement part of the offer. This should only take an additional 24-48 hours.

    As Smwutches says, in order to be eligible for the achievement portion of the offer, you must have completed the purchase portion of the offer first. Since we only track and Reward achievements from games that have completed the purchase portion of the offer,
    you did not receive Credits for your achievements, since you did not complete the purchase portion of the offer.
