Go West Missing Credits

Hello, I'm missing credits for Level 3 & 4 of the mission. I had made sure to complete 5 of the achievements (completed 6 actually) but was never awarded credits for them. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Since individual TV episodes are not eligible for these offers, your offer did not complete automatically. However, we can understand the confusion as this was not explicitly outlined in the FAQ. We will adjust this offer
for completion, and you should see the Credits appear shortly for level 1 and 3 (purchasing and achievements). After our system has time to process completion of all three of the levels, you should see the bonus appear shortly after.

 

Go West Mission Credits not awarded

Dear Xbox Live Rewards,

During March I completed the Go West mission, but only received credits for

part of the mission. I purchased over $30 worth of games and movies

(Rise of the Tomb Raider-$19.80, Technomancer-$10, Episode 1 of

Deadwood-$1.99). I also purchased $2 worth of avatar gear off the

approved list in the FAQ (which I received 1000 credits for), and

completed 5 achievements in the games I purchased (actually 9, all in

RotTR). I should have received 15000 credits total for completing all

phases of the mission. Would you mind looking into this for me? Thank

you for your time and help.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently investigating your account for a potential issue that may have resulted from a prolonged delay in our achievement data last month. We can confirm seeing the required amount of achievements for the game "Fe",
and have escalated this case to another team to resolve. Once they can confirm a fix, we will update this thread.
