    "Go Offline" not working


    Hey Gamers,

    I am connected to Xbox live with a wired connection and open NAT. When I try to play games offline it won't work. I go to the network settings tab and click "Go Offline" and nothing happens at all. I've tried restarting my console, completely shutting it down, unplugging it, everything possible and even did a factory reset without deleting my games. Heck, I even changed the name of the console. The same thing happens when I go to clear my Mac address. I click restart and nothing happens. Everything else works. Has anyone experienced this issue or have any idea what is wrong with my console? Also my console is about 5 or 6 years old but not sure what the specific model is.

    Going OFFLINE

    As long as you are filing complaints, these people will be investigated. But the enforcement team doesn't work instantly. They investigate every complaint they receive and they receive thousands of complaints a day so it does take time for something to happen.

    try going offline and put the disc in again. I had the same problem and they all work fine offline.

    Just go offline sign in go back online worked for me.

    DO NOT MERGE my THREAD WITH OTHER ONE.

    Try going into the settings and hit the go offline option. Worked for me.
