    Hey guys. It never hurts to ask but I was just having a great conversation with a rep named [Mod Removed]. So if ya read the notes I have been with you guys now ...................................forever and never asked for anything in the past but
    being as though it really is my birthday and I really have had a legitimate issue and being as though I am a mild manner kinda guy I was wondering if you can grant my request stated in the chat notes. Please take time to consider the possibility of doing something

    How’s can I get my security question reset and my account is a child so can I still reset

    The easiest way to get your account off a child account if the Date of birth when the account was set up is past its 18th birthday is to have the parent sign in at account.microsoft.com/family and remove it from the family if it has not reached its 18th
    birthday and you remove it from the family you would need to add it as a child either back to the original family or a different one till it reaches its 18th birthday.
