    Trying to use the promotion on my console to go gold for $1 keep getting an error 80072741 i have followed all the troubleshooting steps outlined in teh article : Xbox Error Status Codes | Xbox Support

    still not resolved i spent 2 hours with support to no resolve. I finally get a resolution and was asked to post this here
