Go gold and get ryse promo

Hello,

i recently purchase gold (using a credit card) though the promotional tile that says "go gold and get ryse legendary edtion free". My question is was there a confirmation screen that confirmed my purchase with details about when and how I will get the free
game? Or an email? Because I didn't receive anything like that and I thought it was strange. Like after I paid for gold it kinda just threw me back to the home screen. I'm fine with waiting, but could someone tell me if this is normal?

Free download of ryse with gold subscription

in December I signed up for Xbox live gold when there as a promo to get ryse for free. I have yet to receive this code. can anyone help?

Saw promo if you purchased xbox live you get ryse ultimate edition. Bought subscription and did not get download

 

There usually isn't a confirmation screen afterwards, but you should have gotten a billing email. The code would be sent to you as a code through a message on Live about 4 weeks after the purchase. If it's been longer than 4 weeks, support will check into
it for you and get back to you here.

 

Thanks for the quick response, yeah I got an email confirming my gold purchase. However it doesn't mention anything about RYSE in the email. Should it?
