Pyromancies, you can use them on any type of build, they are very powerful, and require little stat investment. The only useful miracles in PVP are GMB and wog, DMB, and SLB. Sorceries take too long to cast and are easy to dodge. CMW is nice but buffs take
a lot of stat investment.

Zombie has it right. Glass cannon mages can be your worst enemy. The only time you can counter them is when you make a high level cleric that uses GMB. Dark Magic spells rule this game unless you become extremely adept at evasion, and even then, most
mages learn to use a sword as well. Dex/Magic with Crystal weapon and Dark Magic is a force.

Cleric builds have always struck me as predominantly a melee/caster hybrid, since the sunlight spears don't stack when you roll the game over, and you don't get the volume that a pure caster would have. Their emphasis on healing seems to indicate that they're
meant to take damage. I've always loved this build, though, since it has a lot of tactical options when you factor in things like TWoP and GMB.
