Glitchy mouse issues

Its getting annoying when playing the Timed puzzles and my mouse, (checked if battery was Old, its not), when moving the mouse on pieces, it either Doesn't move the piece, or if it does, it moves Way out and away from where I want/need to place them. I hope
this issue will get Fixed soon. Other than that, I enjoy playing all the Daily challenges in the Puzzle section as well as the Card games, Solitaire and such. The Ads are somewhat annoying as well, but I understand the Why its there. It does, these Ads at
time distract me and maybe its a ploy to mess with my focus flow when an Ad pops up and I am on a seriously good roll!

that seems to be more of an issue with the game. Does the mouse still work for everything else except the game?

I am experiencing the same issue. At first I thought it was my mouse's battery going bad/dead. So I tried a new battery, but that did NOT fix the problem!! I do not remember when it first started, it was either after I download my first extra puzzle or
after Windows did an update or both. But since then I have been having problems playing Jigsaw; having it freeze up especially when I am trying to move a puzzle piece, trying to click on a puzzle piece to pick it up to move it, sometimes when the game loads
up it freezes, and sometimes after I complete a puzzle it will freeze up/crash.

Hopefully Microsoft will address/fix these "issues"/"bugs"!

 

I am having the same issues. Thought it was my computer, but when it doesn't happen, that rules out my computer. Happens with all POGO games all the time, so stopped playing POGO. VERY ANNOYING. For now, I am not playing timed puzzles because of this
issue. Also, I have an issue with the statistics, very incorrect, so since it is not really that important to me, I don't bother checking them anymore.

 

I have the same problem, and it seems to relate to the ads. The program seems to freeze every time a new ad loads, and they do take ages. Unfortunately the clock keeps running in the background and jumps when the program unfreezes.
