Glitchy Digital Game

To Whom it may Concern,

Bought a game via digitally a year ago,... it is glitchy, ...

Kindly request Exchange or $15 Refund. ... already bought a replacement this year in hopes to run better. I hope someone listens to common sense & do the right thing. How do I get a Refund???

You usually can't purchase a digital game twice on your account, unless your manage to buy two different versions (e.g. the standard game, and later a Game of the Year version).

If you bought the game on disc, be aware that if your console is connected online, the disc is the very same version of the download game. So if the download version glitches, the newly bought version will glitch, too.

As the others already said, you can't refund a game you owned over a year already.

You might try to
use the refund form to get a refund for the newly bought game, and explain that you erroneously purchased the same version of the game twice, trying to get the new purchase refunded.

To be fair . If it's been a year , they will probably not refund after all this time .

To qualify for a refund you will need to meet certain requirements.

1. Have purchased the game/app in the last 14 days.

2. Have not played more than 2 hours on the game.

There will be other information that will be required aswell.

1. Day of purchase.

2. Order number.

3. Title of game.

4. Reason for requesting a refund.

They dont give a refund after year. And how long you played the game? If it alot of hours they wont do refund too
