Glitched Account - Helpp

Hello,

I really need a big help.. when I was playing Halo: Reach and I suddenly got a message and I better go and see what in the message and then I saw gaming picture was all grey then I knew it is corrupted as it happened to me before but redownloading was no
problem before. So I tried to redownload my account AGAIN, then it popped up "It is currently unavailable. Try again later Status Code: 80072EFE and 80072746, I will record it and show it to you. I think my account got glitches, I really need the right solution.

What I got:

Wireless

Plenty of GB, 105 GB

Service Alert on Matchmaking

its not your fault,your profile is not glitched,many many ppl myself included cannot download their tags right now,ive been waiting 3 days for bs to get fixed,error 80072efe is a xb1 error also,no idea why we all show it on our 360s,hopefully this gets fixed

Phew, thank god for that, i am not the only one. I think xbox one causes all the problem!

 

I've been having this problem too. Ever since the last update we had, my profile would constantly disconnect from Xbox Live and parties, but would have no problems reconnecting. Then a few minutes later it would disconnect again.

So I deleted my profile, cleared the cache and tried downloading my profile, which gets to about 2/3 the way through it then comes up with the error message 80072EFE or 80072746. Tried several other times to which the same messages occur. But at least this
isn't a problem on my end (or so it seems).

 

It absolutely is on their end and it appears to me like they don't seem all too enthusiastic about fixing it (or at the very least looking into it) any time soon.
