glitch with Loading???

what happen watch dogs in Glitch Loading....?! WTF?

I don't actually think it's a glitch... Same as an arrow which will stick in you for a fair while.

I think they might perhaps tone down the duration, by all means, but not remove the whole effect.

 

I have not had that problem so far and hope it will be taken care of for you soon
