Glitch with Achievement List and Gamer Score

On xbox.com. When I view my achievements for Portal 2, it says that the game is 95% done, that I have 49 achievements in it, and that I have a total of 950 out of 1000 gamerscore for the game. However directly under that it says "ACHEIVEMENTS" and then lists
all the achievements I have unlocked/obtained for that game and it dictates that I have all 50 achievements unlocked AND they're all time stamped. This indicates that something glitchy happened and xbox.com registered that I got the achievement but did not
add it properly to the amount of achievements obtained.

To top this, it shows on my xbox360 profile, when I redownloaded it; when I view it on my 360 it says that I have 950/1000 gamerscore for the game, that I have 49/50 achievements in it, except for when I go and veiw the actual achievements it says 50 out
of 50, and again theyr'e all time stamped. So the information being passed to my 360 is the same, it has all of them listed as obtained, but the stats are saying one isn't.

There's an odd difference between my profile on xbox.com and my profile which was downloaded to my 360 though. When I look at my main profile on here my gamerscore is set at 122,075, which isn't adding the 50 gamerscore for the achievement it says I have
and don't have at the same time. My profile on my xbox360 however, says my gamerscore is 122,125. This is even after deleting and redownloading my profile two different times. So It is counting the total gamerscore correctly, while the gamerscore on the website
isn't being counted correctly. However neither of them are correctly counting the achievement as part of the stats for the game for some reason. So you can see when viewing my achievements that I have all 50, but when you look at the stats for the game it
says I'm missing 1 achievement and the 50 gamerscore attached to it.

Now before someone on here decides, as is the normal for the support people here, that this is a fault of the developer and I need to contact them. It's not, the achievement is plainly there, and stays there even when I redownload my profile. What's wrong
is THIS, this one right here, the one we are currently on, this website is the problem. Something has occured here that shouldn't occur. Something happened on Microsofts end, not sure what but something broken a little for some reason.

You can compare games with me, it'll show that I'm 1 achievement short on portal 2, but when you click on that to see what achievements in it I have and don't have, you'll see I have every last one, time stamped no less.

When someone downloads their profile and it ends up with different numbers anywhere than what's listed on the main website, when that's where the profile comes from, it screams the issue isn't some 3rd party developer, it's the website's issue.

Random Gamerscore reset

Thank god it isn't just me my gamer score hasn't been reset I thought id play AC Revelations get some achievements then I look on my game list it says I only played AC Revelations I thought hmm went to dashbored looked on achievements and apparently I only
have 5 games out of the 150+ I should have on there and 1 complete which is battlefield 3 199/277 achievements 4005/6360 gamer score what's going on I have played over 150+ games with about 3000 - 4000 achievements unlocked and its only showing 5 of my games
out the the possible 150+ which are AC Revelations , Battlefield 3 , Gears of war 3 , Fifa 12 , Forza 4. Hopefully this just a random bug or glitch on Xbox lives system and will be sorted out soon Xbox live has always had random little glitches anyway sorry
for the rant it's just bit annoying

 

Gamer score/ completed game list not updated even if all achievement of TWD 400 DLC game is unlocked

I was playing walking dead 400 DLC and had unlocked all the achievements. but in my online profile it still says 45/48. When i open the game achievements online, the list shows all are unlocked with timestamp but the overall status show only 45/48. The game
is not even displaying in the completed games list and the game score is not updated

Even In my console, all the game achievements are unlocked in the list but shows only 45/48. ALso, the gamerscore includes these unlocked achievement score but in the completed games list neither the completed game or total score is displayed. Within the
console , the gamescore differs in the Social Tab.

do i have to get the achievements again which i actually tried by replaying 1 chapter of DLC but nothing happened. Is there anything i should do get it synced or it will get fixed over time....

 

30H later Microsoft seems to have fixed this issue, still checking to make sure but it seems everything is saying what it should. :-/ wonder what happened to cause the issue in the first place.

here on your profile that it seems to have fully synced up for you. We have 50 achievements unlocked with 1000/1000 gamerscore. Looks like you are all set!

If you are still seeing the weird difference on your profile, please remove your profile and download it again. Since it's fully synced on the website, that means it's all good on our servers. If it isn't showing on your console, this may mean that it hasn't
synced with our servers properly and you just need to get a new copy of your profile to fully sync.

Please do let me know if you're still running into issues! Generally, with cases like this, you have to visit your achievement page on xbox.com for that specific game, and wait 7 days. This triggers a self-heal method. If, after those 7 days, the game still
doesn't show as 100% unlocked, then you will want to post up a new thread letting us know what you've done.

 

Having the same problem with The Darkness II on xbox 360. My total GS shows 100G more on dashboard than it shows in achievement section. It says that I have 49 of 50 achievements, but you can count them all. And that last 100G achievement popped up, but
still game counts as incomplete.... Already did system cash delete and removed and than downloaded profile. What should I do?
