    there seems to be a glitch on my account ive had a communication ban which is over and I can send messages and receive them but when I join a party I can hear everyone but no one can hear me and ive phoned my friends and asked them if they can hear me but
    they say im not talking over the xbox and just to let you know im on xbox one this is my chat ref

    I've recently been replaying through since my main account was glitched and if I do anything on it that requires my equipment to be placed in the storage I'll lose half of it.

    I recently bought a new xbox slim and transferred my account onto it. For some reason it shows that I have no gamerscore, I can't get achievements, and my gamerpicture won't appear. Could someone please help?

    My account glitches

    I would try deleting your account from the Xbox (profile only, not profile and items) and recover it from Xbox LIVE. It sounds like your account may have become corrupt during the transfer.

    same thing happen to me..i got ni pic..no gamer score..i delete and try to recovry..i cant sign up..and on Xbox live .com i get this message..Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    It appears you've found a glitch in the system.
