    Glitch in the Xbox Store


    When I go to purchase something on the Xbox store, I click something and it sends me straight to the reviews and doesnt give me the option to buy or download it. I have no idea how to fix it. If anyone could help that'd be great.

    It's not a glitch. When you preorder a game with a credit card, you're not billed until about 10 days before the game is released. So your preordered would be cancelled once they are unable to bill you.

    Just tried launching a game. No luck lol.

    Also installed a new game from game pass and can’t launch either due to error.
