    2 week console suspension

My home xbox feature is used to make your account the main account and then all accounts on that one console can share its games and gold membership. Giving your account to someone else, accessing an
account you don't own and accessing games in a fraudulent way are all against the xbox code of conduct and legal. You only have 5 moves of your licenses (my home xbox) per year. For more info see this page: My Home Xbox Setting on Xbox One | Share Your Xbox One

Sorry to hear about the frustrations. Could you clarify what the issue you're having is a bit better for us please? If it's specifically related to your account and/or Microsoft aliases, you'll want to reach out and chat
    with support.
We don't have access to any of that information here as we're public facing.

Keep us posted. Giving XBox its own home. :)

My Home Xbox switched off on its own

I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

    - Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    - Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

    - Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    - Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    - Select Reset console.

    - Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.

Purchase History Linked to XBoxOne Console not Windows Live account ?

I reckon it's because of the Home Xbox thing. With Home Xbox, all profiles can play content on an Xbox that a profile owns if that profile has set that particular console as their Home Xbox. Your last profile would have set this console as its Home, and
therefore all content it owns is available to download.

If you would want to reset this, there are two options: 1) log in as that profile on the console and go to Settings->Home Xbox->"This is not my Home Xbox" or 2) use that profile on a new console and go to Settings>Home Xbox>This is my Home Xbox, which would
remove its Home status from the first console.
