Giving XBox its own home.

I would like to remove my sons xbox live account comepletely off of my account. I've tried using the alias's and that just isnt working for me. Its badenough recieving ****'s are hot offers in my email and too much of a headache to deal with alias's on top
of my sons **** choices.

My home xbox feature is used to make your account the main account and then all accounts on that one console can share its games and gold membership. Giving your account to someone else, accessing an

Couldn't Save Your Changes

I tried to make my friends account as m home xbox and its giving me the message "Couldn't Save Your Changes" Anyone know how to resolve it?

I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

- Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.

I reckon it's because of the Home Xbox thing. With Home Xbox, all profiles can play content on an Xbox that a profile owns if that profile has set that particular console as their Home Xbox. Your last profile would have set this console as its Home, and
therefore all content it owns is available to download.

If you would want to reset this, there are two options: 1) log in as that profile on the console and go to Settings->Home Xbox->"This is not my Home Xbox" or 2) use that profile on a new console and go to Settings>Home Xbox>This is my Home Xbox, which would
remove its Home status from the first console.

The Home xbox only works with Xbox Ones 360s require each account/profile to have its own gold subscription.
