For the games to launch on the other console, the account which owns the games (your account) would need to be actively signed in along your relatives account for them to play your games. To allow them to play your games using their own account, without
needing yours to be signed in, you need to make sure to set up their new Xbox as your account's Home console. Follow the link provided above by Wishcatcherin

Another thing you could do is copy your games to an external portable USB 3.0 hard drive then plug it into their console and all your games will be there.

No worries. You will need to log in with your gamertag and set the console as Home. After that you can preload your purchased digital games and games from the Game Pass.

However, EA Access content is not eligible for sharing as per EA
