    Xbox giving game replacements

    It was a while ago that I heard Xbox can give replacements for some games. What games are these exactly? Is this program still available? And how do I get a replacement if I can? I have some Microsoft games that have scratches, most notably the small ring
    around the hole in the disc.

    Although the system does state that there are no refunds you are certainly welcome to contact phone support and request a refund if you have purchased the game recently and are unable to play it.
