So basically the OP came here trying to say the rep system doesn't work, but we learned that it works very well and OP is just immature and mad because XBL took him away from ruining other people's fun. good job MS, your rep system is awesome!!!!!

what did they do besides take the word of some anonymous gamer, LAZY Enforcement is what I call it, wouldn't be so bad if they tightened up the reasons for "avoiding" other than Personal views an Personal Gaming preference, so what if people crash or leave
games early OR don't wear a mic. Its the cheaters an Hacks that need to go.

 

Weird but half the time I don't wear a mic and I quit when I want.

Well, Mister silver new account. It's not LAZY. they can review game clips from people that report crashes. It's done quite a bit actually. Turn 10 even has crash teams that are simply racing to look for people like that. They don't do it without solid
proof. Yes, I know that for a fact.

I suggest taking a long break from the track. Maybe get a new game, that doesn't involve racing.

I don't think there is anyway to handle it. In the case of the OP where it was blatant and apparently with the specific purpose of ruining others gaming experience it worked but most cases are going to be much more subjective.

We all have different pet peeves that annoy us, I can't stand the people that aren't smart enough to turn off their Kinect mic and I have to listen to every conversation that's taking place in their house. I don't think it deserves ruining their rep so I
mute. Reporting someone for leaving early....why did they leave early? Bad connection, baby was choking or they didn't want to take a loss?

It may work for the few very blatant offenders but I'm under no illusion that I'll ever be free from the annoying people in the gaming community.....having thick skin and a high tolerance for idiots works better for me rather than trying to police my peers
when in many cases I don't have all the facts to pass judgment on them.

 

well maybe they can figure out why my account went from GREEN to RED overnight when I didn't even own a console of any kind, cuase Im still waiting on a answer for that at the enforcement team, that the 1800 steered me to, sorry if I come across a tad frustrated
but I been on the phone with BF 4 or EA Origin an Microsoft for the past 4 days trying to figure that out.

 

As OP jumps straight into crashing people in FH2. I can see it now, "so what it's open world"...

 

The bottom line for me is simple: If it violates the XBL CoC or ToU, or ruins the fun of the game for others, then it's probably not a good idea to do... It really is that simple. It baffles me that some people either don't quite get it or simply don't care
at all...

 

It could have been delayed enforcement that took time to review and distribute.

 

What baffles me GG is how everyone is always innocent. They were suspended or banned for a reason. They don't just ban people for being kind and enjoying the experience the way it was meant to be.
