Given wrong amount for xbox promo only got $5 instead of $15

A few weeks ago I saw a promo for if you bought gold you would get a $5 $10 or a $15 xbox code I bought the year cuz it was the $15 code and I got the code Wednesday not knowing that it was here till today and it was only a $5 code

$5 Promo Gift Card For $15 Xbox Gift Card Purchase

I purchased ten (10) $15 dollar Xbox gift cards from Best Buy 5/24/2014. I was given one (1) receipt and uploaded the receipt showing ALL ten (10) $15 Xbox gift cards totaling $150, which can be see in the upload. This morning I only received one (1) $5
promo code. I should have received ten (10) $5 promo code since you can visual see the ten $15 Xbox gift cards.

How do i go about getting this corrected?

By corrected, I mean getting the additional nine (9) $5 promo codes for the nine (9) other $15 Xbox Live cards.

Hi,

I recently used the on-dash promo for a 12 month Gold subscription. The promo explicitly states that signing up for a 12 month subscription will get you a $15 dollar gift card code. When the code came, however, it was for only $5. I'd like to have the amount
corrected.

Miss Diggz I believe I found a answer that I would get the remaining $10 within 4 weeks of purchasing the gold but I don't know
