Given details do not match card info

So to begin with this started about 1 week ago , I checked online and then i realised my Ecom payments were not enabled ....

Soon i contacted bank and turned it on....

It worked fine for 5 days....

With the same card i brought pass for my friends too beacuse they didnt have debit cards

Now today when i tried to buy for one of my other friends it says " details do not match card" . I waited for 2 days but still im getting the same error...

Has microsoft blocked my card??if yes why and how do i fix it... If no then what is the problem??

Not my bank issue beacuse i can do netflix subscriptions just fine
