thats not really how the enforcement system works, you dont just get the ban removed for saying sorry and promising not do do it again there is a formal appeal process you have to go through.

Unfortunatly for you, Microsoft doesnt generally lift bans. While i agree with bans, I don't 100% agree with them keeping content you paid money for but that's the way it works and is right there in their terms of use.

That tag name may have also been reset due to it being graphic in nature and against the code of conduct.

• Sensitive current or historical events
• Any "sound-alike" or "lookalike" words, phrases, or puns that reference these topics
