so i downloaded fallout 4 right? and it says in the xbox live store "download by January 16 and the fallout 3 code will be sent to u in 7-10 days". 14 days later and i still havent gotten it. pls help or linda clarke will destroy u.

Fallout 3 code that came with Fallout 4 did not give me Fallout 3

When I input my code for Fallout 3 that came with Fallout 4 it didn't give me the ability to install F3. Fallout 3 is nowhere to be found and when trying to input the code again it says that it's already redeemed. My Microsoft reference number is [Mod
Removed] from my chat session.
