a child has put a block on my child's account I want full details of what has happened. During this period I want full refund of the account. He is younger then my son who is 13. I am disgusted that you have no chat facilities or email complaints. My
email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** I expect a reply within 24 hrs. What give you the right to do this without more details given

I'm not sure what kind of block you're referring to. If your child has been banned, you'll need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about why he was banned and to see about submitting a case review.

For any refund information you would need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
