I cannot play games online on my Xbox you guys banned me from communication I get that I don’t really care about that but when you ban me from playing games online for 2 weeks that’s actually taking to far I’m sick and tired of your stupid ridiculous bans
I pay money to play games online that’s actually super unfair to me that I’m banned from playing online I want that fixed today or tomorrow. Because I’m not dealing with nonsense anymore

what the enforcement team need to do is to start taking responsibilities over there actions because they are banning the wrong people there banning people for no reason they are not banning people for modding or hacking they need to sort it out

Even though you pay for Live, you also agree to the code of conduct/terms of service. If you violate any part of that, they can suspend or ban you.

Sorry for your Issue.

Any action taken from the Enforcement Team could not be answered in this forum. The Enforcement Team doesn´t use the forums. Also the notification About a ban could happen all the time. You don´t have to be online at this moment because the Enforcement Team
take a look at ervery case before taking actions.

A gamerpic has rules too. If you pic a nude picture for example it will result in a ban. There could be a lot of things that made your gamerpic inapropriate.

it clearly states that they (the enforcement team) take things in context

yet i get a communication ban when playing red dead online, reported by griefers who admit to grieving me 3vs1, heaven forbid they (the enforcement team) take 5 minutes to read a full message, no they read one line, ignore the context and ban
