Give child access to create realms on Minecraft PE

Today I was chatting with the xbox help chat people to try and give my son the ability to create realms im his minecraft pocket edition.

The problem was that I originally put his age when I created my microsoft account for him. He is 7.

Now he cannot create realms.

so I contacted the chat specialists and they said to create my own microsoft account and add my old account with my son’s age into my family.

so I did that but it remains in limbo pending saying I need to leave the family I was in before but I/my son’s original account, was never in a family before so there is no family to leave.

please help us so he can play minecraft realms on his minecraft ipad/pocket edition
