As long as notifications are turned on then it will tell you that your controller batteries are getting low.

When you get that notification you have about 30 minutes of battery life left.

If you are able to sign into your account online via Xbox.com, I would remove your gamertag from your console then try to re-download it using the email/password for the account.

Not sure if there is a place where you can check to see if you've been blocked. More than likely if your a account is banned/blocked it would state so when you try to log into your account.

The error code does state that its possible your account is blocked. If so I'd call customer care to confirm that, and to see what steps you may need to take to have the block/banned lifted

The information is right online, but the problem is, I can't sign in to check my information on the Xbox. Is there a way to check if my account has been blocked?

Also, there is a mention of xbox.com/proofs, which is a page that explains proofs/trusted devices. I'm going to try to clear the trusted devices and see if that MAYBE helps.

Normally this type of error occurs when account changes have been made and some of your information may or may not be up to date.

Or the account is Blocked from XBL.

I go even further with the verification process of your account

Go to Xbox.com > My Account > and under Payment & Billing select Billing Contact Information.

Once you've provided the valid information I would check to make sure your account billing information there matches the billing information located on your Xbox console account.

If that fails, I'd call 1800-4MY-XBOX for account support
