casual games community. Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a support

Having the same problem.

From the very beginning,

Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.

Microsoft Casual Games Community will be able to assist with any known server issues with the game. If they determine that everything is okay with their sever, let us know so that we may troubleshoot the connection on
the device that is being utilized. Be sure to let us know the results!

I just found that they have made an Absolute Bingo. I wonder if they are ignoring us to make the old Bingo go away. I played the new bingo game and do not like it as much as the old one.

My BINGO achievements are not linking to XBOX. According to the XBOX app I have not gotten any achievements in BINGO since Nov 19. Any achievements since then in the BINGO game show a date of Jan 1, 0001
