Salve a tutti.

Ho acquistato un gioco online con uno sconto dovuto al fatto che possiedo un abbonamento gold. Quando l'abbonamento sar scaduto e casomai decidessi di non rinnovare, il gioco che ho acquistato funzioner o non potrò più utilizzarlo?

Hello Roger,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Any game that you purchase, even if discounted due to having Xbox live subscription is yours for good. The only games that will be affected if you lose a Xbox live subscription is the games with gold, ones
you get free. If the subscription expires them titles wont be able to be used until you get a live subscription again.

vai alla versione finale fantasy XV reale che hai acquistato nel negozio c'è la parte multiplayer del gioco che scarichi separatamente dal gioco principale

Vai a I miei giochi e Applicazioni> Giochi> Premi INIZIA (pulsanti di 3 linee) sul gioco per cui hai acquistato questo DLC e vai a Gestisci gioco> Il tuo DLC è lì per l'installazione.

Inoltre, assicurati di essere sullo stesso account in cui l'hai acquistato, per scaricarlo:

Please go to My Games and Apps > Games > Push START (3 lines buttons) on your game you bought this DLC for and go to Manage Game > Your DLC is there to install.

Also, make sure you're on the same account that you purchased it on, in order to download it:

Sullo store Microsoft viene indicato come disponibile per xbox one.

Su xbox per installare gli add-on che non hanno un procedimento automatico:

- nel menu dei giochi della xbox, seleziona il gioco in questione e premi il tasto menu

- seleziona la voce gestisci gioco e add-on

- i contenuti cha hai acquistato e non ancora installato per un gioco li trovi nella sezione "installazione pronta"

- da lì installa i contenuti aggiuntivi
