Gigantic closed beta

I had signed up for Gigantic's Closed beta and got in and when i linked my account with my microsoft account i was supposed to receive a code to redeem on xbox one but never received the email i checked my junk,other and trash but haven't recieved it yet.
I should also mention i am an alpha tester for them so they assured me i would be transferred over

I asked them first before asking you guys and they told me that this was a xbox one issue

It's odd that they would say that. I am also in the beta and the code I received came from a gigantic email address. You should try them again.

I have a similar problem ... when I go on my account in the gigantic site can choose to redeem the code for the beta on Xbox One and / or PC, if I select one xbox I was sent to the xbox store on the page to redeem the codes 25 digit code which, however,
I do not have. but if I select the PC the code to enter the store appears automatically (I tried to use the code in the store pc xbox but it always fails)

If it's was a free game without purchase you would just download it

But all promotions require a payment option purchase

Unless you are in the beta which is gigantic beta right now
