    As Jujuthelioness has mentioned, if your friend is in a different region, then you won't be able to get it, unfortunately. But definitely check out the links that Peter has mentioned :)

    If you’re friend is in a different region than you are you will not receive the gift. If they are in the same region make sure they had the right information to send to you and check order history like the peter said before me
