Gifting problem

I have encountered a problem i’ve never had before during my time on Xbox & that is being unable to gift anything to friends, I was able to do this June 7th i think but now today I am unable to do so, I am not sure if there is some sort of gift limit that
I am not aware of or its a bug that is happening, I would like to try & figure this out not only for myself but for others so they won’t have to deal with this problem with frustration
