Gifting Games To Other Regions

There hasn't been any official word on if or when that feature would be coming. If it something you would like to see, you should post at http://xboxideas.uservoice.com

Yeah, but then what is the point of gifting games? The idea is if my friend in the US is lacking funds and I want him to be able to play that game with me I should be able to gift him the digital copy there and then.

Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Gifting to other Regions. Unfortunately, here in forums we do not have the tools to help assist with this issue. As per the

Microsoft Gift Terms and Conditions and
Microsoft Services Agreement seems like currency and content are region restricted.
