    Hey there Ed! Are you getting any errors when you try to buy the game? It looks like the Cashstar Gift Card is a Gift Card to RadioShack. If that is the case, you won't be able to use a RadioShack gift card to buy content off of Xbox Live.

    What IRB pointed out is correct. If you're unable to gift a game, that game may not be eligible for gifting or the game was a pre-order at the time.

    If you're having trouble gifting a game still, can you please let us know which game this is occurring with and what error message you're seeing?

    The error does have something to do with giving gifts to other players n xbox live. I started a new game and the same thing happened in brightwall. I guess I just have to be greedy and not give any gifts, in order to play the game ; (
