Gifted wrong pre-order car in horizon 3

Microsoft support told me to post my issue in the forums in hopes a monitor notices so here it goes.

I WAS GIFTED THW WRONG PRE-ORDER REWARD CAR. I purchased the Horizon 3 ultimate edition from the MICROSOFT STORE on my PC to receive the2016 Ford Mustang GT350R as the pre order reward.

I received a message on my xbox live dashboard with the pre order car code key. I admit I was too happy to notice it said it was for the 2016 Mercedes-Benz C63 S Coupe.

My question and hopes is can who ever deals with these issues remove the merc and give me the ford I was supposed to be gift.

The only reason I'm even concerned about this is cause I went to the MICROSOFT STORE for the sole purpose of obtaining the pre tuned mustang.

Had I wanted the Merc I simply would have pre-ordered from the dash board for the convenience of it.

In all honesty I'm fully expecting to be stuck with the merc, which isn't a bad car, just not what I wanted.

Haven't received Forza Horizon 3 Pre-Order Car code

Hello!I had per-order for forza Horizon 3 on 20th September 2016.however i have received Pre-Order Car code from Xbox live

 

Forza Horizon 3 Dashboard Pre order car missing!

Pre orderedthe digital version of Forza Horizon 3 ( Ultimate Edition ) on the dashboard since day one. To this day I haven't received my pre order car.

If you purchased from the Microsoft Store, they would be the ones to provide you with a code for that pre-order DLC. Have you had a chance to check your e-mail for communication on that?

 

I check my emails daily. They are linked to my phone so I know when I get new mail and Microsoft store hasn't sent any emails concerning pre-order gift cards. The only email I got for them was confirming my purchase of the game and the receipt of the
sell aswell as the key code for the game itself. As far as you saying they are the ones who can give me the right code, that is what they told me about you. I have contacted Microsoft support twice on this matter and twice they sent me to the forums. The
first told me to post on the game maker forums. The forza forums. The second sent me to this one. Promotions. Both times I was told only they being turn ten forza horizon 3 and now this forum Microsoft promotions Would be the ones who can fix my issue.
Now you are telling me only the Microsoft store can fix it. Clearly I am being given the run around. It is now very clear to me that your company has no intention at all in resolving this issue Your company (Microsoft) has made a mistake and will not
fix it. You got your money so your happy. I see that now. This will be the last time I preorder from the Microsoft store. Thank you. You have taught me a valuable lesson I will deal solely with Best Buy or game stop on preorders. I feel they will handle
their costumer Service with more more concerned about the actual customers happiness with the product that they bought I spent a lot of good money on this with a particular outcome in mind that has that goal has not been set is not been reached and it is
your company's fault that that has not happened I'm very dissatisfied with this customer service if you want to call the customer service at all

I ordered from the Microsoft website. I received an email with the mustang gt350r pre order gift car from Microsoft today. I also received a 10 dolor credit gift card by email but I can't get the code to work. 86t8e94nz

Is the code I got in the email. I can't get it to redeem. So this is another issue
