Gifted game unavailable to download with transaction showing completed

Sorry to hear about the purchasing error you're having. To start out, are you able to verify that the transaction shows as complete over on
account.microsoft.com? If not, it's possible the transaction didn't complete. Keep us looped in with what you find If the game shows as purchased there, try a restart of your PC and give the download
another try.

I tried the above suggestion to no avail.

Yes, I know. But when I go to the item in the store to download it it says that it is unavailable. I have tried restarting my xbox and removing my account from my xbox and reloading it. I know that the transaction when through for the pre order because under
my games it shows Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare 4 pre order awaiting release.

You would want to check your order history at http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if it shows that you purchased the game. If it doesn't then it sounds like the original transaction
never went through. If it did, you may want to also just try downloading from the Xbox store. If it does show the transaction, but it's still not available, you would need to contact support http://support.xbox.com/contact-us but
it would be too late for a refund.

If it doesn't show the transaction, then the order was never completed and you would have to purchase it.
