Not only that, but I regret to inform you that once a code has been redeemed, it's not possible to either redeem it again or transfer the content to another Microsoft account.

However, you could try using the balance available on your wife's Microsoft account and try gifting yourself the desired game or DLC.

Welcome to the Microsoft Answers community. If you redeem your points for Roblox Digital Code/Robux you will receive a redeemable code which you can share with others. However, if you redeem your points for Microsoft or Xbox gift cards, you will not receive a gift card code as it will automatically be added to your account balance. I hope this helps!
