    Hello, I had just downloaded the Xbox application for smartphone; I saw the offer for Gold members about Battlefield Hardline (12,50 €) so I exchange a code of 20 €. At the time of the purchase, they asked me to enter a postal address of France, even though
    I live in Belgium. I realized that in the parameters of the application, the default region (country) was France. When I set up Belgium as a region, I realized that my 20 € was added to my "France" account and I can not use it with my Belgium account ... Is
    there a Way to fix this problem please ... ??

    I have enough money on my microsoft account, added with giftcards, but when I want to buy fifa points I cant buy them but need to add my creditcard.

    Can I buy the points without creditcard?

    Applying Xbox Gold Giftcards to Multiple Accounts

    My brother and I are trying to apply an Xbox gold giftcard to our xbox. We have seperate accounts and I know there is "Xbox Home" so we can apply it to both accounts, but that's only if you buy it directly, not with a giftcard. Does anyone know how to apply
    a giftcard so it goes to multiple accounts?

    So I bought the console and I'm wondering is there any region restrictions? or There isn't any region restrictions?

    So if I shouldn't worry about region lock that much then? If I buy a xbox digital giftcard from amazon and i try to activate the code for it it should work normally if my account is registered to U.S Region then the U.S Region giftcard will work fine ? and my payment method will go through my paypal that i added as long as i have money on it right?

    Yes you already explained to me that the suspension on a microsoft rewards account wont affect my roblox but if I use 2 microsoft accounts and get giftcards on the 2 accounts and use both of the giftcards on my main roblox account what happens?

    Well no as giftcards can't be refunded

    This is on the card itself

    You can cancel a purchase using a giftcards but giftcards fall under your retailer and no retailer in the world will take a gift card back your only option would be to sell the card at a discount online if unused

    If used and put onto your account then it's stays there

    You can refund purchases using the giftcards but as mentioned ir only goes to the original payment method

    .and since gift cards arent refundable they stay on your account

    Did you buy the correct regional giftcards?

    All giftcards are region locked

    Meaning you cannot buy uk or french giftcards and use them in a german account for example

    So if you buy uk points it can only be redeemed on an uk account

    You can check your balance at commerce.microsoft.com

    Keep in mind currency does not transfer between regions
