    I bought a gift voucher for my grandson online from microsoft. They gave me a key number which he entered into into his xbox. It didn't work so I checked on my email and it said it was already redeemed. On my order page there is a redeemed microsoft voucher
    and an xbox voucher with the code we tried. I'm very confused. Can anyone advise please? TIA
