    Gift Redeeming


    So I Bought Minecraft windows 10 starter edition as a gift for my friend. I made sure that the email was a same EXACT one she had linked to her Microsoft account. She got the email and tried to redeem the code for it. It said that the code was already redeemed. we checked he account order history and found the game right there. when we went to the store it said she owned the item and needed to download it. but when we clicked the button, the popup just disappeared and nothing happened. so we cant download the game but its in her order history. but the code already has been redeemed?

    I really need help with this i spent way too long in Microsoft support for this issue that shouldn't even exist.
