    Gift not working


    I gifted my friend two things for rainbow six seige and they redeemed them. After they redeemed them the stuff wasn't in game. Is there a way to fix this?

    f you haven't received the redeemable code yet, please note that it may take up to 12 hours for it to arrive.

    Alternatively, you can ask the person who sent it to you to view the code in their order history here

    They will be able to view it and share it with you.

    Based on your description, your friends are trying to use the redeemed gift from you to Rainbow Six Siege. However, they cannot see those items on the game. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

    We know how important it is for them to use the gift they received. The DLC should be working fine if the base game is also purchased from Xbox. To have a better understanding, we would like to further isolate your concern.

    • May we confirm if the base game is on a physical disc or is it a digital version?
    • May we know if they have installed the game through Xbox or Microsoft Store?

    Microsoft gift cards only work with the Microsoft Store. Just like Amazon gift cards only work with Amazon, and Apple with their products only.
