    Today, I received an email from L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** titled "Sam From Salem, here’s a free game from your friends at Xbox Live Gold"

    When I try to redeem the code on xbox.com, it says the code has already been redeemed. Is this because I already owned this digital game from a previous purchase?

    I recently purchased a 3 month Xbox Live Gold membership (6/7/2015) that included a promotion for a $10 Xbox gift card. I have received a $5 gift card from Xbox Live (6/19/2015), but I am certain that the promotion was for a $10 gift card. I already
    contacted Xbox support after I noticed that I only received $5, and they said that I would receive another code within 24 hours, but it has already been over 3 days since then.

    Xbox games pass code already redeemed

    Hi I just added $15 gift card to Xbox live and I’m trying to buy game pass but I entered the number on the gift card for game pass to redeem but it says it’s already redeemed
    I also purchased a $50 Xbox gift card and when I tried to redeem the code it says it was already redeemed. I've tried the troubleshooting method and contacting the store I purchased it from via email and I have yet to get a solution. I'm "glad" someone else is having this issue.

    Thanks, I already thought about trying an UK Gift Card, but never used them and I'm afraid that it will be redeemed OK, but any purchase from Xbox 360 will end up with 80182300 like with credit card. Are you completely sure that purchasing works properly on Xbox 360 using funds redeemed from Gift Cards?
