    Hello, i have a problem with a virtual gift card a friend bought me but when i try to redeem the code it gives me a message that it cant be redeemed because its from a different region, even though we are in the same region

    Hi,

    This is probably because your friend bought the gift card from another region, maybe for some cost purpose, and gift card are region locked.
