    I bought Mega Man collection including a $10 gift code. However i never received gift code.

    it happens some times, but there is not a way to get them. they may be part of special promotions or stuff like that.

    How long does it take gift codes to be emailed?

    I have an email with an order number, but my gift recipient never received a gift code. There is no gift code attached to my order online. I definitely sent it as a gift.
