    So i just refunded a purchase I make on a vanilla gift card and the Xbox guy said 3-5 business days but i seen that it took over 60 days and it was a gift sent to me so what going to happen ?

    Why can’t we use Microsoft account balance to purchase digital xbox gift card?

    Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The Microsoft account balance is essentially the same as a gift card since funds typically come from Xbox gift cards.
