    Why can I not use gift cards from Xbox to buy and Xbox 360 game on an Xbox one? Please fix this immediately as I spent over $70 on gift cards that are useless to me now. Please fix this now!

    Hi Xbox.

    I'm an Italian guy who is about to get into the game by opening up a company.

    I would like to specialize in selling gift cards. Most importantly, there are the Xboxlive Gift Cards.

    I would like more information on prices. The funds I do not miss so my purchases would always be for tens of thousands

    of euro but I would like to understand a little better that margins are there.

    Specifically, I'm interested in small cuts in both EUR and $.

    Something like this:

    Gift Cards

    The store on the One/website have never been updated to see your Microsoft account balance as a valid payment method for 360 content. You would have to use a 360 console to use the funds.

    Similar question. (I've got an XB1)

    I've got a gift card (not points or rewards), I entered and redeemed the code (using the MS Store on my cpu; Chrome) and tried to redeem them through Chrome as well. The only payment option I see is for my CC "on file." But of course I'm wishing to use
    my gift card, not my CC.

    COINCIDENTALLY I'm wanting to purchase 360 backwards game. Is this a known "glitch" in the xbox/MS system?

    As previously stated, the One store has never been updated to work with the currency system for 360 content. In order to use the funds on your account, you would have to use a 360 console.

    Why can’t we use Microsoft account balance to purchase digital xbox gift card?

    Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The Microsoft account balance is essentially the same as a gift card since funds typically come from Xbox gift cards.
