    Gift cards still missing codes, Support refuses to help


    Wife bought me a $50 gift card, and the last section only has 3/5 digits. Contacted customer support, they asked for a picture and a picture of the receipt. We sent in both. Now they went silent after saying someone would be in contact with us...that was almost 3 months ago. Nice to know they'll take our money and give us nothing in return. They're not even shy about it anymore haha, they just outright lie and ignore you after they've gotten your money. So what now? Keep fighting them for a $50 card? Let them win and get away with being thieves? Never buy another Microsoft or related product as to never put another dime in their pocket? I dunno, but I'll be reporting this issue EVERYWHERE so people can avoid giving Microsoft money to print unfinished cards that aren't discovered until after you get a refund. Used to be a good company when they had to make money, now they're trash because they just steal it. Thanks Microsoft.

    If after that, you are still unable to redeem your code, we would refer your to the point of purchase, however, its likely that they will refuse to provide further assistance on this matter.

    In this scenario, you will then have to
    Contact Xbox Customer Support     for further assistance in regards to that code.
