Gift cards saying expired when they arent

I have cyberpunk 2077 codes from the rockstar promotion that say I have until 1/31/21 to redeem. It lets you redeem them on rockstars website but the codes you get to enter on Microsoft say they are expired.

I believe Xbox codes expire the second it turns 12:00 AM. I am sorry to say this, but you might want to ask Rockstar for a refund if you bought the codes.

Huh gift cards don't expire

Promo cards do that you get with game but not currency cards

And yes those arent refundable

If you are talking about dlc that came with a game yes some are time restricted and since included with the game holds no value

Only promotional gift cards have an expiration date (that includes gift cards from the Microsoft Rewards program which is stated in the description). If you buy gift cards, they don't expire.

Okay. I did read somewhere that gift cards adding to account balance credit do expire. Don’t know if that is true or not but I do know I did use gift cards to add to my account balance credit to pre order the dlc.

When I do check my account balance credit it still says it is expiring next month. So don’t really know what to do at this point.
