    Gift cards not working


    Greetings to all,

    I have got a brand new XBOX one S, and after unpacking it, I found 1 month code for Game pass and 14 day code for Gold.

    When I have typed these codes into "redeem" fields, system notified that codes have been associated with my account.

    However, if i go to game pass or gold section, there is no option to get anything, or if i try to enter code again in a card field, it says that code has already been used.

    Please instruct on how to proceed. Maybe an issue is that I am in Serbia, and xbox doesnt have my country in list, so i have States as my resident country.

    EA access is only working with special ea access gift cards which afaik are not released yet. Usual microsoft gift cards are NOT working!

    well two things first

    14day trial.isnt a gold.membership.

    Therefore.doesnt apply with games with gold

    Game pass.works.regardless.of.gold.or.not

    Redownload your account

    Should.be mentioned though 360.games tend to be region locked

    So most likely they won't work

    Since you don't live.in a Xbox live country there is no.garentees anything will work

    The region mismatch is going to cause all kinds of problems moving forward with the Xbox Store and other things. Downloading content from a region you aren't entitled to can lead to your account being banned. I would reset the account to at least be in a
    European country.

    Gift cards will only work in the region they were created for. There is no way to change the region of a gift card.

    Microsoft gift cards only work with the Microsoft Store. Just like Amazon gift cards only work with Amazon, and Apple with their products only.

    If i live in canada and buy a digital xbox gift card can .y girlfriend use it in yhe USA?

    Gift cards will only work in the region they are created for. If you can find a way to buy a US digital gift card from where you are, then that would work for her, but Canadian cards will not.
