Gift cards didn't "take"?

My new XBox One keeps bugging me to buy Gold. I had three cards with my console. One three-month, and two 14-day trials. I entered both 14-day trial codes, both were accepted, and it still gives no indication that I'm on Gold.

It keeps bugging me to buy Gold, and it claims the codes I entered are already redeemed.

So am I on Gold or not?

Myvip gems purchase not received

I bought two Xbox gift cards with the myvip gems. I didn't receive the gift cards. It has been over 96 hours.

 

Didn't receive £10 Xbox Gift Card

Any update on this, please?

Here's the response I received from Support on April 2 which made little sense to me:

"This is with regard to the promotion you have availed you received via email. We have verified and validated the photos and the promotion as well. However, it does show on our list on our Promotion Calendar about the offer. Thus we do not have the option
to provide you with the 10 Xbox gift card."

 

Trial cards don't change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer. You would have to try playing online to see if it is working. Some trial cards will only work with the games they came with and will not
work with all game modes.

You can also verify your subscriptions at
http://commerce.microsoft.com to see what type of subscription you are on. Keep in mind that trial cards do not stack, so even though you entered both 14 day trials at the same time, you will still only have 14 days since the 2nd card would have overwritten
the first.
