    Please help me Microsoft, im trying to redeem this gift card and it wont work, keeps saying PUR invalid operation like its glitching, i just moved out of a country which is Belgium, and i got the gift card from there. Now i know that it doesn't work in another country but im using a vpn to try to solve that issue and it still doesnt seem to be working.

    Why can’t we use Microsoft account balance to purchase digital xbox gift card?

    Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The Microsoft account balance is essentially the same as a gift card since funds typically come from Xbox gift cards.
